What we collect

When you book a table or send a group pre-order:

• name, email and phone number
• booking details: date, time, number of guests, menu choice and requests
• the pizzas, quantities and wishes in a pre-order
• dietary needs and allergies, if you tell us

How we use your data

• To handle your booking or pre-order: confirmations, changes and contact about it. Legal basis: the contract and preparing it.
• For invoicing and accounting when an order is invoiced. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Dietary needs are used only so that the kitchen can prepare suitable food for you. By telling us, you consent to their use for this purpose.
• To protect the forms from abuse: we check that the same contact details are not used for an unusual number of bookings in a short time. The server also handles technical data, such as your IP address, briefly for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We never sell your data or pass it on to others.

How long we keep it

• Dietary needs are deleted 30 days after your visit.
• Personal data in bookings is deleted 24 months after the date of the visit. Only figures, such as the number of guests, remain for statistics.
• Pre-orders reach us by email. We delete them 30 days after the occasion, because they may contain dietary information.
• Billing records are kept for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Deletion of bookings happens automatically.

Who processes your data

Your data is handled by Pizzala and Flavour Ventures staff. We also use service providers, such as database, server and email services, who process it only on our behalf.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no visitor statistics. Fonts and images come from our own server, so opening the site passes nothing about you to others. That is why there is no cookie notice.

The map and Instagram links open Google's and Instagram's own services, which follow their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to

• know what data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• object to or restrict the processing of your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw any consent you have given

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
